This was my very first time putting together a lolita outfit, and while I know the general consensus around this fashion culture is that it’s not really supposed to be costumey… well… it was easier for my friends and I to dip our toes in by doing lolita inspired by characters. So we picked Adventure Time princesses, and it was a lot of fun! And while I have since put together ‘regular’ lolita outfits, I’ve still got a My Little Pony lolita group in the back of my mind…
